“The Info-line” By Claudia Dugan

Objective:

· Reinforce Lesson 3-5, Númbers 10-100, expressions with “tener” and regular verbs in the present form.

· To familiarize students with examples of Spanish instructions given in info-lines in the U.S.A and Latin America noting that in some countries the word: “marque” is used instead of the words “presione” or “oprima.”

Instructions for students:

Laura, an exchange student from México, just moved to Columbia, MD to take classes at Howard Community College. Laura is now dialing an info-line provided by her calling card. Listen to the information she will receive.

Remember to listen to the information three times before you answer true or false. The second time, you might want to take some notes using only key words.
