Refreshing the student list

On occasion you may have a student in your class who doesn't show up in your NetSupport list for some reason. (Perhaps the student started her computer AFTER you started NetSupport). In this case you need to refresh the student list.

1. Simply click the 'Refresh' button (below) and wait.

2. You may need to lock the students again once the refresh is complete. (If they were locked in the frist place)
