Net Support

Help Page Home Net Support

NetSupport is a program that gives the instructor control over student computers in the classroom. Using this program you can lock the students out of their computers (they will not be able to use the mouse or keyboard). You can also view what is on each student's screen and then broadcast this to other students.

How do I use it?

NetSupport is activated by double-clicking on the NetSupport icon, which is ONLY on the instructor's computer. The program runs automatically on student stations.

Double-click the icon and wait for the program to 'find' all of the computers in your room. You can minimize NetSupport and work on other programs while it runs in the background.
