Micrograde
Micrograde is a grading program for managing all aspects of your class grades. You enter the scores and Micrograde calculates a running average of each student's grade as the semester progresses. You can run several kinds of reports - including individual grade reports and a gradebook.
| How do I use it? Micrograde is located on all of the classroom PCs as well as the part-time instructors' computers. It is can also be installed on any full-time faculty member's PC and a copy may be borrowed for home installation. You can save your class files on a floppy disk, thumb drive or the w:\drive, these options will allow you to enter/print grades from home and at work. You may want to get into the habit of saving your grades in two places. Saving on the w:\drive will ensure that your grades are accessible anywhere on campus, and is more reliable than removable disks. If you do not intend to enter grades in more than one place it is probably best to just save the file to your computer.
